Great fit. Short enough to not get bound up, and the liner makes it so you don't need spandex or anything else under them. Will definitely get more pairs.

This is my fifth purchase of Yoga Flow shorts, and they all are just great! The Swerve Shorts are my go-tos on weekend layabouts or hiking, while the Linchen are a nice addition to the Black Floral. The inner lining dries quickly, and the fabric quality is outstanding. A superior product!

The best shorts for yoga. Hands down. Hips up!

I’ve been down with the Swerve shorts since the start of my practice - and love them. Comfortable with great inner lining. The Flows take it to the next level. The best of the Swerve but more breathable and suitable for warmer temperatures/sessions. The colors are great for adding some extra energy to the room. Thank you.
