Trying to find good yoga shorts is nearly impossible until now. These hit the spot in every category. Fabric content give great stretch, design allows for the least amount of pull and tugging. Side vents are awesome. Leg openings are just a bit wider than I prefer but are good. But the greatest part of all; their liner. During yoga poses and moves everything inside the liner, stays snugly inside.

The Flow Short is perfect for activities that require unrestricted movement. I use them for yoga, volleyball, and basketball. I can get into a squat and move without constriction or friction. The liner does not bunch and provides amazing support. These really are the best shorts I have ever tried and am so happy I found them. I'll be back for more.

Since taking up hot yoga and inferno hot pilates ~ 6yrs ago, I've expanded my options and added my 3rd pair of Flow shorts, because I really believe these are the best, and I also like the new designs!

These are seriously thee most comfortable shorts I have tried for hot yoga. They are so comfortable that I will be wearing them for any and all purposes. The built in liner is so comfortable that you can wear these shorts without underwear. You won't be let down by the quality of these shorts!

I love the shorts, best I've used for hot yoga and I've tried a lot. Specifically, the waist band is super comfortable and I like the caps on the drawstrings. I was worried about the zippered pockets being annoying during practice, but I don't even notice they are there when zipped up. Customer service from Evan was also beyond great!

I love my Flow shorts for hot yoga and ordered a couple pair of Swerves to try for functional fitness workouts, thinking I might like a little more short for that purpose. The Swerve is a little more short. Heavier and longer but every bit as well made and comfortable as the Flow shorts with similarly comfortable waist band and liner. While you get a little more coverage, they still feel and move just right during a workout.

I wanted to try these journey shorts because of how versatile they are. Not only are they versatile, but extremely soft fast wicking and I can wear them inside and out of the yoga studio. I like them so much. I had to buy a second pair. I think the journey pants are next up. Thanks Evan for such a quality product.

I ordered one size up in from my normal size. The fit is still tighter than I would usually buy in the store. These shorts are well built though. Perhaps the impetus I need to drop that extra pounds or two. Still these shorts are well built.
